Inspired by the primitive yakiniku/barbeque cooking in nature, the design concept sets out from a forest. The seemingly random white steel columns suggest trees, serving not only as structure but also defining dining areas. The imaginary forest is created with real tree trunks and holes that let in light through the ceiling. A concrete light barrel concentrates light on the plants, and sunlight is reflected by copper plates inside to create sunset scenes.

Adapting to the properties of light steel structure, the building engages in a dialogue with urban space through transparent and translucent materials. The upper part forms a layer of cover using transparent panels, resembling forest mist or a foggy cityscape. This allows the external environment to be seen in the interior in varying forms, creating different experiences for customers in different times or weather.

Externally, a concrete bowl with solid volume is used as the main visual element of the facade, connected to the translucent glass box building. This creates visual contrasts of size and weight, making the building stand out like a large signboard, effectively promoting the brand through the street-facing restaurant.
