A couple renovated this condominium with a beautiful night view after their child moved out into a residence for spending a relaxing time with things that meet their own aesthetic tastes that’s also rich in functionality like a tourist hotel.
It’s structured with white plastered walls and off-white oak flooring to make the space absorb the natural light that shines in from the large aperture and create shadows and keep it from becoming too gaudy.
Adding texture to the ceiling in the hallway from the entrance hall to the living room and deliberately making it low accentuates the horizontal expansiveness of the aperture on the veranda side.
The kitchen is large to accommodate the wife who has numerous friends and acquaintances and enjoys entertaining guests. We used “homechef” by Kitazawa Sangyo, a design made under our company’s supervision for the kitchen countertops and L-shaped wall storage that use quartz top plates and are dressed in charcoal black oak.
