The project is located in Sanya, Hainan, nestled amidst the mountains and forests, providing a natural environment for the space. Following the natural flow, human culture is deeply rooted within the space, constructing a home filled with natural and cultural charm, characterized by simplicity, spontaneity, and freedom. Returning to the space of home, one's entire mood inevitably relaxes, allowing time to pass peacefully in this tranquil and comfortable corner, insulated from the hustle and bustle, leaving only a quiet strength to grow quietly in the pure natural environment.

The space extensively employs natural wood tones as the base color, with accents of rustic terracotta to create layers. Furniture selections feature lazy, rugged lines, presenting an irregular and casual effect. Microcement, wood veneers, and fabrics are the primary materials, showcasing the diverse textures of nature, from coarse to delicate. Additionally, to cater to contemporary desires for a return to nature, the design simplifies by subtracting from color, style, and lines, focusing on functionality, emphasizing quality over quantity.

Low-intensity lighting with warm color temperatures enhances the ambiance of the space. In terms of soft furnishings, indoor spaces incorporate numerous green elements, bringing the outdoors inside. Coarse knit fabric throw pillows and bedding express a relaxed atmosphere, enveloping individuals in a natural, soft sensation.

The project is intended to serve as a second residence for high-net-worth individuals in northern China, combining vacation and daily life. Short-term vacation time is focused on rejuvenating the mind and experiencing nature, seeking a peaceful lifestyle different from the hustle and bustle of urban areas. This necessitates a design approach that discards complex forms and focuses on the essence of spirit. The designers advocate the concept of "returning to nature," applying natural aesthetics to spatial design by reverting to the essence of natural elements in color, texture, and quality. The goal is to pursue a comfortable, relaxed, and unhurried lifestyle, escaping the shackles of urban life.
