Rumble opened their doors in Dalston in January 2020 to offer Londoners a spectacular spectrum of training options; from spinning to sparring and deadlifts to detoxes. Rumble Gym recognises that fitness has fast become more of a lifestyle and a social experience which is why we have worked hard to create an unrivalled gym interior in the heart of East London that combines a local industrial feel – concrete and black metal – with the cosiness and warmth of wood, copper, bronze and greenery. Reception area is surrounded by indoor trees and planters with greenery are used as a removable separation wall between reception/entrance & main gym floor. Journey into spin, boxing and main gym floor area is led through 2 corridors, one with neon RUMBLE sign across the ceiling and another one though all around multi-colour LED lit tunnel. Rumble’s main gym floor is versatile and can transform from one big open space (to host dual or triple training concepts as well as boxing/sparring workshops in its removable boxing ring), or the area can convert into 2 separate studios with the help of foldable dark-tinted mirrored partitions. Generous 6m high ceiling and full height windows not only make one enjoy the feeling of spaciousness but allowed Rumble to include a climbing wall as part of its training. Situated on the ground floor, Rumble ‘s open area benefits from natural sun light during the day. All studios have multi-coloured LED lights and different ambiances. Rumble Gym’s Yoga studio hosts the first Schumann Resonance and Gamma Frequency infused classes in all of the UK and Europe. Those frequencies spread into the studio aim to correct imbalances in the body’s bio-electric field and alleviate acute and chronic health conditions by training the human brainwave rhythms to synchronise with the Earth’s natural pulse; Schumann Resonance is set to be a real hit with Londoners. Gamma Frequency aims similarly to increase memory recall, sensory perception, and focus, as well as sharpen vision and hearing. Arguably nature’s best anti-depressant, an increase of Gamma brain waves contributes to a state of peak performance and a feeling of calm. The mezzanine leading to the superb changing and shower rooms, gives furthermore an arena feel and perfect viewpoints when the boxing ring is installed below it.
