The project covers an area of nearly 4,000 square meters. It is currently the largest and highest-level 5S store in the region, which is also of great strategic significance.

The BMW brand advocates “satisfying the greatest wishes of customers with the latest science and technology and the most advanced ideas in a vast space and time”, promotes “BMW joy”, accurately expresses users' emotions, tastes and attitudes, and is deeply compatible with the lifestyle of contemporary people who pursue vitality, passion and freedom.

The designer comprehensively considered the local environment, conformed to the urban spirit, and reinterpreted the existing space with sustainability as the design principle. As the glass sensor door opens, tough metal lines come into the view, complemented by a soft, warm atmosphere, bring guests a comfortable experience of being at home.

The Hero exhibition area further pushes the realism of future technology to the extreme. The corresponding GKL+ exhibition area uses a strong dark gold metal grille to separate spatial levels and regional boundaries, symbolizing that the brand has stepped through history without losing its light.

The entire project is designed based on a unique and penetrating circular motion line. The ceilings on the first and second floors are covered with blue acrylic transparent panels. The shape not only symbolizes the dynamic driving trajectory of BMW racing cars, but also means flowing water ripples, echoing the water landscape composed of a water curtain and a pool. BMW's iconic three-color slash bar becomes a partition and stands proudly on the waterside, with the noumenon and mirror blended together perfectly, making people experience the movement in static state.

Gently touch the button in front of the niche. As the secret door opens, the new car delivery workshop reveals its true appearance, full of tension in drama sense. The designer chose to build interior walls and soft decoration with simple forms interpreting complex expressions, allowing the focus of the space return to the product itself. At the same time, the construction of a sense of ceremony also provides consumers with sufficient emotional value.

The bright light and mirrored ceiling of the BMW Minicooper exhibition area draw on elements from the movie The Italian Job, trying to create an immersive interactive atmosphere that is both modern and technological.

Entering the second floor, the highly textured log style lounge area catches the eyes of visitors at once, creating a relaxed tone. The Morandi colored tables and chairs are orderly arranged in an elegant way. Through pure materials, diverse layouts, and elegant furnishings, the designer creates a place full of nature and pleasure. The children's entertainment area uses wooden structures to create towering trees, which symbolize vitality and also metaphor the meaning of growth.
