The 9000 sq. ft residential project is located at Great Neck Bay- Long Island, with an incredible Manhattan’s view. On The main floor the attention goes to the carved wooden paneling that crosses the roof and goes down on the side walls, framing the Manhattan's view. At the same level, the strong geometric shape of the island on the kitchen counteract to the natural blue granite. At basement, thought for family recreation has gym, yoga room, lecture room, man cave and den room that integrates directly with the barbecue and pool. Elements used in the facade invaded the interior and a deck path leads you straight from the yoga room to a suspended platform that allows you to float above the water. The man cave was created to receive the only 2 men of the residential. Inspired by batman, it is a all black room with a incredible bar design. At the upper floor, each room has it personality, the master bedroom and master bathroom are designed inspired on mountain and stones. Warm wood, big slab porcelain and soft fabrics worked together to create this effect. The sensation to live in open sea was incorporated at the interior design in every single room.
