The new construction project occupies approximately 350,000 sqft with a total of 500 apartment units inviting tenants to the Bushwick neighborhood. In recent years, Bushwick has evolved dramatically into the working-class community it is today due to natural progression and introduction of a younger demographic allowing it to become a natural extension of Williamsburg.
