Restaurant Format is a new high-end gourmet restaurant in Copenhagen, located at the newly renovated boutique hotel, Sankt Annae Hotel.

The restaurant has 78 seats placed in two connecting rooms, one of which is a glass roof covered backyard. The restaurant has an open kitchen which serves as a large buffet in the morning for the hotel guests. It's like being at home and having breakfast in your own kitchen. It has an a la carte menu, as well as a tasting menu.

The food is at the high-end gourmet range. The chefs ambition is to create a simple expression with the highest quality components. Dishes with Format that will surprise and excite. All of which is prepared in an ambitious, international kitchen. We have created a space, a menu and a wine list, that can adapt to whatever the guests require.
