Reply sets great store by workplace design, reflected by posting: “A network of rooms that serves the local collective and pursues the global goal of showcasing and embodying corporate culture”
With an extensive space and furnishing concept for the Reply AG working environment at the new “NOVE by Citterio” office building in Munich, the consultants and architects at CSMM impressed this international IT consultancy firm, resulting in an extension of collaboration across European sites like London and Milan. Since summer 2017, 190 Reply's employees have been working in a 3,970 square meters work environment with international flair at NOVE.
The main requirement of CSMM when developing the premises was the subdivision of the space in the previous Munich location and eliminating the purely “office” character. To do this, CSMM transformed the workspaces into open structures and ensured that there were sufficient space for break-outs and creative huddle spaces. The colour and material concept developed will be used as a lead design in other branches.
CSMM’s wants the office to be hub and home for the employees: Such the concept includes playful, colourful creative zones with domestic quotes as well as raw materials mixed with an overlay of patterns and bright colour accents.
