The presented project pertains to the design implementation for the communal area of a residential property, wherein deliberate emphasis has been placed on the incorporation of white and high-tech concepts as the primary design principles. Through the strategic simplification of interior furnishings, adoption of an open design, and utilization of white as the foundational element, the resultant interior environment is characterized by openness, fluidity, and seamless interconnectedness. Diverging from traditional residential arrangements that epitomize rigidity and compartmentalization, the project advocates for a unified white design underscored by intertwining lines. In addition, the integration of specially crafted art chairs and tree houses, both indoors and outdoors, culminates in the creation of a living space that exudes the ambiance of an art gallery, offering its residents an experiential fusion of aesthetic appeal and functional living.
The design concept is centered around creating an open and airy space that minimizes visual and psychological distractions, promoting a sense of relaxation and well-being. By incorporating white blocks and smooth curves, the interior exudes a modern and streamlined aesthetic while maximizing functionality. The abundance of natural light streaming in through the large glass windows creates a welcoming and uplifting ambiance, emphasizing a connection to the outdoors.
The open layout not only fosters a sense of freedom and accessibility but also prioritizes safety for individuals of all ages. The unique design of the installation chairs in the lobby serves to counterbalance the building's weight, creating a visually striking and dynamic focal point. Additionally, the intricate lines adorning the ceiling and walls are not just for aesthetic appeal; they are derived from the building's truss structure, infusing each design element with purpose and meaning.
Outside, the white columns leading to the tree house not only ensure safety but also enhance the interplay between light and nature. At night, the treehouse transforms into a magical sight, enveloped by the gentle glow of linear lights, resembling a floating planet in the darkness.
The design of the space is centered around creating a sustainable environment that prioritizes durability, flexibility, efficiency, and classic aesthetic value. It incorporates large external windows to flood the space with natural light and promote air circulation. The open layout of the interior adds to the overall comfort of the building, creating a welcoming and versatile environment for a wide range of community activities. The use of durable materials such as shaped stone, mirrored stainless steel, lacquered glass, and folded metal panels ensures longevity and reduces the impact on natural resources. This approach is aimed at achieving the environmental objectives of "Habitat Health", "Ecological Health", "Human Health", and "Earth Sustainability".
