Where the sophistication of international hospitality meets the welcoming Brazilian identity: located in São Paulo's financial hub, Pulso Hotel embodies a blend of modernity and cultural immersion, seamlessly integrating art, gastronomy, design, music, and wellness. The new brand redefines hospitality as integral to cultural life, while fostering a dialogue between the city and its guests, visitors, and passersby.

A 9-meter setback forms a shaded boulevard with native vegetation and urban furniture – a transition that softens the hotel’s presence, brings nature into the city, and invites interaction between public and private spaces.

Surrounded by external and internal gardens, the lobby functions as a vibrant social hub rather than a traditional reception. It forms a portico that links the hotel directly to 3 signature gastronomy venues. The artwork Mácula by Nuno Ramos – a 30-meter-long panel with Braille inscriptions – is featured indoors, serving as a backdrop.

Bistrô Charlô Restaurant offers a French menu with Brazilian influences, set in a space featuring green lacquer, ceramic tiles, wooden surfaces, and stone shard flooring, as well as custom-designed sofas and a light fixture anchored to the central pillar. Just across, Cha Cha Boulangerie combines café, bakery, and rotisserie, with a mural of São Paulo’s neighborhoods topography by artist Carla Caffé. Both are linked to the lobby through framed views – whether it’s the sight of a fireplace in Cha Cha or the pass-through bar window in Charlô. Adding to this scene is Sarau Bar, a cozy venue featuring pocket shows and signature cocktails, in a space characterized by wood-acoustic lowered ceilings, bronze mirrored walls, a marble bar, concrete pillars, and carpeted flooring.

Each of the 57 rooms offers a unique experience with curated art and objects – Arthur Casas personally selected items sourced from antique markets. The furniture includes designs by Brazilians Jorge Zalszupin, Percival Lafer, and Geraldo de Barros, as well as Arthur Casas. In the 32 sqm suites, the layout follows a standard repetition, while the 64 sqm suites feature living areas, closets, and bathtubs with open view to the room. The design draws from a timeless aesthetic, with elements such as veined marble and capitoné-upholstered details.

Occupying a suspended glass volume overlooking the treetops of the elevated square, the heated pool extends beneath a wood-paneled ceiling and columns clad in wood veneer, joined by padded orange chaises. Hollow brick screens (cobogós) offer a gradual transition to the spa and gym areas, ensuring privacy.

Pulso Hotel is part of the mixed-use Praça Henrique Monteiro development, which reimagines the typology through a cohesive architectural vision. From the urban scale to architecture, interiors, and furniture, Studio Arthur Casas ensures continuity in form, materiality, and spatial experience.
