At the end of last year, shortly before Christmas, after one and a half years of planning with concept development, implementation planning and project and construction management in cooperation with all the crafts involved, we were able to complete and hand over another beautiful apartment in the Neue Spinnerei in Allgäu/Wangen.

The penthouse is truly impressive: with over 300 sqm on two levels and a surrounding terrace on the top floor, a new home was created for our client. With great attention to detail, we designed different rooms with the finest furnishings using the highest quality materials - executed with the utmost precision craftsmanship. All the fixtures are uniquely designed to meet the requirements and needs of our client. In addition to obvious elements such as local walnut, serene oak, sandblasted brass, natural copper, terrazzo, quartzite and onyx, there are also many hidden features in the rooms to be discovered. For example, within the cube (room within a room) that has been created lies a walk-in wardrobe with integrated laundry drop, a bakery-kitchen and a laundry, as well as a special kind of guest bathroom. 

The technical features that are not openly visible are also convincing; the major topic of home automation (smart home) has been rolled out on all relevant levels at a highly sophisticated rate and this goes much further than the current standard.
