Building on a legacy of innovation, Peak Re's office redefines workplace excellence, welcoming international talent and clients. Nestled in the cultural heart of Hong Kong, this top-notch space merges art, agility, and sustainability as a testament to Peak Re's vision — fostering a culture that places people and ideas at the forefront.

Crafting an innovative, dynamic and inclusive workspace

The space epitomises innovation at every turn, creating a workspace that fuels growth while promoting a people-first approach and driving sustainable success. The core innovation lies in the harmonious blend of art, the surrounding environment, and technology to align Peak Re’s mission and vision. In this reinvented workspace, diversity, interculturality, environmental responsibility, and wellbeing converge through staff-created art, smart technology, and a bold design character that harmonises with the art district where the workplace is situated. Retaining the majority of the existing cement concrete finishes, the integration of the space pays homage to the building’s identity while bringing to life a future proof workplace.

Designing for diverse work styles and collaboration

The design of this space is a testament to functional excellence. Catering to diverse work styles and interactions, it provides a fluid and agile workspace that adapts to people’s needs. The open layout, interspersed with dedicated areas for meetings, focused work, and relaxation, offers a balance of collaboration and privacy. The glass walls in conference rooms enhance transparency and forge a culture of openness. Serving as both a functional and visual element, a staircase unites the floors, becoming a bold embodiment of Peak Re's brand identity and a striking architectural centrepiece.

Celebrating creativity and fostering inspiration
Creativity is at the heart of this project. The use of colour, furniture, space, and art evokes a sense of dynamism and inspiration. An engaging and consistent design language that draws from Peak Re’s logo and branding is epitomised in interior elements, such as the staircase. The use of staff-created art adds a unique touch that bolsters the company's ethos while inspiring staff and nurturing a sense of belonging. Stepping into this workspace, users are greeted by a creative charged atmosphere, harmoniously intertwined with an awe-inspiring view of the Hong Kong skyline.

Designed for people and the planet
This workplace reflects a firm commitment to sustainability. A LEED Gold certification and WELL Gold target underscore the company's dedication to environmental stewardship and people’s wellbeing. The thoughtful integration of low-flow water fixtures, high-efficiency LED lighting, a recycling system and energy-star labelled equipment ensure minimal environmental impact. The company's sustainability ethos extends to people’s wellness, evident from the provision of parent rooms, balconies, and recreational areas that can host wellness initiatives.
