The Palumbo & Gigante Jewelry Store is one of the place to go when you are interested in high and preeminent watches and jewelry. Our project starts from the idea of refurbishing the original store, which was organized in two different areas: - the squared entrance galleria sits in a ‘veranda’ built out of the main 19th century building and gives access to the main sale area - a large squared room, the sale area, with high vaulted ceiling featured with blue, light gray and gold frescos; at the center the sale desk. The total surface of 90 sqm, tiled with beige marble was completed with walnut boiserie housing the display niches. A large space of more than 200 sqm. happens available next door: a squared large room, connected with the main historical space, is designed as an hinge among the several areas where you can buy the watches collection, find the shop-in-shop or showcase dedicated to the most exclusive brand of watches. At the back of the central room, more secluded, the high jewelry area with a private sale space that can be closed for a more exclusive clientele. All the space are characterized by the use of light material like beige nabuk leather, off white saddle leather and alcantara inserted into the American walnut boiserie with bronze framed show cases. Armchairs are covered with more intense and warm colors like red, burgundy and orange.
