Proposing the design idea “customizing exclusively,” Lorenzo Tondelli applied the spirit of tailor-made fashion boutiques in the architectural space design, which comprehensively customizes construction materials and furniture, and ships specifically from Italy. It took 3 years before finishing the design plan, which is a genuine state of the art. The architectural space incorporating multiple visual elements has been decorated with top materials and has cunningly merged the European and oriental craftsmanship. Lorenzo Tondelli believed that the material qualities and textures affect the human psychology, of which the physical perception recalls the wonderful experiences brought by materials. He also tried to consolidate the sumptuous and classic features that perfectly accord among spaces, colors and materials. The luxuriant impression is distinguishable from lustrous colors and textures, which are transcending to a higher level. The treasurable classic aesthetics remain futuristic charms as well.
