In the distinctive Passeig Mallorca of Palma, these offices discreetly align themselves on the ground floor of the Passeig Mallorca 15 building, emanating a fusion that emphasizes the subtle exchange between the urban and the natural. With 175m2 beneath the wooden slat facade, an space emerges that effortlessly intertwines the interior and exterior through generous windows, establishing a fluid spatial continuity.
This harmonious connection is not only achieved through the generous windows that allow natural light to enter but also through the careful selection of materials of Mediterranean and local origin, closely tied to the context of Sa Riera. Sun rays permeate the various areas, highlighting the intrinsic beauty of the natural elements.

The layout unfolds into clearly differentiated areas: a rectangular workspace, illuminated, neutral, and expansive, with a 6-meter central table coated in mineral micro-mortar, showcasing versatility for multiple purposes. In front of this work area, a small interior garden evokes the Mediterranean essence, while a resting area, in front of an imposing mirrored volume, exhibits furniture with clean lines and sculptural forms. Niches embedded between the windows allow for the display of objects, adding an artistic dimension to the functionality of the space.
The design strategy embraces the integration of mirrored volumes interrupted to maintain visual continuity. Linen curtains offer a scenographic play, reconfiguring the space as needed. Two meeting areas and offices at opposite ends culminate the design, combining protection and privacy with openness and exposure.

Natural materials, such as traditional lime plaster, solid sinks of local stones, and aged bronze pieces, define the character, bringing visual warmth and grounding. The recycled northern pine wood flooring adds a circular dimension, infusing vitality and connection with nature.

The color palette immerses itself in earthy and neutral tones, with an appreciation for the interaction of light and shadow. Natural materials, such as local natural stone, weathered wood on floors, and bronze, are used to reclaim authenticity and durability. The space aspires to merge simplicity, timelessness, and interconnection, establishing a dialogue between space, matter, and sensory ex-perience.

Regarding spatial arrangement, fluidity is promoted to allow for adaptation and evolution of the environment. Space flexibility and the office's ability to transform and adapt to changing needs seek a deep technical and functional understanding. Ultimately, this office ensures a meticulous choreography of elements that encapsulate a rich conceptual narrative and a profound understanding of human interaction with the designed space.

Vegetation is woven into the interior design, reinforcing the connection between the urban and natural worlds. Plants are carefully placed throughout the space, offering a calming contrast to the clean lines and contemporary materials.
