The project is located in OCT Tower in Shenzhen. The space design concept is “office space in the canyon”. We sincerely respect the pioneering industry spirit of owner. In the space, office and various functional areas are divided by abstractly simulating the polygonal blocks of the mountain. Using the main channel of the original building's core tube as the active line, assisted by the secondary channel movement between various polygonal spaces, to increasing office commuting efficiency and deduces the fun of the canyon like space.

Through the main channel surrounding the core tube, it can directly reach the office areas of various functional departments and functional areas. The large area of the spatial background is painted with dark colors, and the ground is also covered with dark flooring. The newly built functional rooms in the space reflect an abstract canyon shape through white walls with different angles of cut, forming a strong contrast with the dark sky and ground, resulting in a canyon like sense of space.
The left side of the elevator hall is the conference area and the high-rise office area/leadership offices. The green glass partition surrounds the core tube of the building to guide people deep into the passage. On the right side, it passes through the conference room and high-rise office. At each corner of the passage, there are hanging paintings that attract people to explore.

The spatial layout is organically separated from static and dynamic, with reception areas, conference areas, and public water bars arranged at the transition point from the entrance lobby to the connecting high-rise office area. The left and right sides near the entrance lobby are staff office areas, with shared meeting and discussion areas interspersed between the office areas of different departments.

In the control of indoor lighting, there is a interweaving of light and dark, with rhythm and contrast. On the right front of the front hall, natural light shines into the front hall through an oblique triangular opening, as if in a hollow mountain valley.
Guided by a beam of light at the far end of the right passage, reaching the eastern corner of this floor, the mood of the entire space is completely released here. A group of polyhedral white space art installations present a strong growth state, extending from the ground to the ceiling and all the way to the building curtain wall, full of vitality.

Space design strives to follow a consistent expression from functional layout to spatial modeling. The polygonal block shape is full of spatial tension, with black and white contrasting to create a rhythm of light and dark. It is professional, tough, and has spatial emotions, making traditional office spaces more interesting.
