The requirement was to merge several locations of the company to a new Noventi Health SE headquarter and to stimulate a change in the company. The brand-new office space should provide classic workplaces with meeting facilities, a representative reception area and a restaurant. As part of the change management, the guiding principle “Tech with roots” was developed. The interior design concept of the new headquarter in Munich should illustrate the past and the future of the company. The tension between these two worlds and its spatially conscious symbiosis dominates the creative design concept. The classic handling of prescriptions and thus the interface between pharmacy and further processing is considered the origin of the company. "Roots" stands for precisely these aspects and is visualized in the design of the work areas.

Innovative as well as functional is the three-pane principle for the work zones, that we developed for the new headquarter: The first pane is designed as a circumferential meander and has large openings to the home bases with integrated niches for sitting and working, as well as cross-departmental storage and checkrooms. The second pane, a brown-colored glass pane reminiscent of old apothecary glass, is offset from the openings of the meander. It defines work islands for four people that appear more private than the open home bases. The third pane forms a clear glazing of individual offices along the facade facing the inner courtyard, which can also be rented by the day.

In addition, the various discs are intended to show that dusty conventions are being broken up. This also includes the fact that hierarchies are crumbling. Even the workplaces of the managers can be found on the floor where all employees sit together. Modeling and breaking down conventions, of even the high levels of management, is especially encouraged in the co-working café. Here, people don't just eat or drink coffee. Deliberately staged work situations are designed to make the large open area on the top floor accessible to all employees and usable throughout the day. In this way, the most attractive floor space is not reserved for the management level alone but points the way to a modern work hierarchy as a communal area for everyone.

None of the materials is chosen randomly but is the result of a finely thought-out and highly creative design process. In a joint process with a local paper workshop, a furniture material was created from former prescription paper. We shredded the paper and developed it into a new surface for furniture.

Especially culturally, we have stimulated a big difference, an improvement of the corporate structure. We have deliberately used many natural materials, on the one hand because these underline our design concept, on the other hand because we value high-quality materials. Sustainability through longevity of quality products plays an important role in all our projects.
