The property prioritizes human needs with eight unique units catering to diverse lifestyles, including pet-friendly accommodations, workspaces, and wellness-focused suites. Each unit is equipped with kitchens and layouts suitable for short- or long-term stays. Volumetric planning minimizes shadows on the adjacent park, preserving natural light and outdoor enjoyment.
