Kunming, located at 25° north latitude, has a pleasant climate and superior natural environment. The project is located in the first avenue of this Spring City and the golden trunk line of Kunming's central axis - Beijing Road where emerging both the prosperity and inheritance of Kunming. CCD has constructed the quaint and elegant local temperament of Spring City with natural design, integrating art and culture, inheritance and innovation throughout the whole space. Let visitors experience the connotation of comfortable and elegant space from a unique perspective of Cultural Recurrence. The designer introduces natural light and communicates with the aesthetics of the interior utensils, expressing the beauty of nature and space to the extreme, and creating a simple and peaceful space style. The large glass windows connect the light and shadow between the interior and the sky, and the wooden artworks use artistic techniques to construct the aesthetic context of the natural scenery in the space, filling the room with artistic charm. Follow the architecture to reduce energy consumption. In addition, the project uses local environmentally friendly materials, and has also obtained the qualification certificate for sustainable development and low carbon from BREEAM. Culture assumes the narrator of spatial stories and creates many different spiritual experiences. The designer combines the local natural style of Kunming with contemporary art techniques, traces the source of Chinese national culture, interprets the real and vivid urban imprint in the evolution of the times, and realizes the return of culture. Pu-erh tea is a feature of Yunnan, and the designer took this as inspiration to depict the main tone of the space through the artistic techniques of purification and processing. The marble front desk, with blue waves and ripples, is like a source of water, which embraces the beauty of nature and depicts the epitome of the mountains and rivers of Dianchi Lake. The spiral staircase runs through the space with the concept of "the flow of water in Dianchi Lake", forming a more rhythmic and intriguing storyline. The space layout of the lounge area is sparse and neat, reflecting the contemporary aesthetics of simplicity. The warm wood tone with its light and elegant texture makes the humanistic temperament quietly blend into the space, allowing nature and the soul to have a delicate and comfortable dialogue. In the bar, the simple and elegant tables and chairs, the ancient brown tones, the bar counter made of local spot copper, all the details reveal the oriental style under the soft halo of the wall lamps.
