A voyage of discovery, the mapping of a new culinary notion drawn from the clash of European and American cultures. A journey through time and towards those new horizons witnessed from ships venturing into the vastness of the ocean. NAO®, a name inspired by the first cargoes used for commercial and cultural exchange between continents, is a Mediterranean cuisine concept that pays homage to both cultures and the gastronomy originated from the mixture of both lands, seas and ingredients.

A fresh and contemporary language spoken through colors, shapes, textures and ingredients reminiscent of the culinary notion of the great sea. A space connected to the sun and its faithful companion the sea, in an ambience that enhances its nature and purity with light. 

A lively palette with splashes of blue in large expanses of white and a set of high contrasts give a strong personality to the place. NAO® creates a direct dialog with nature while its raw materials like brick and terrazzo stay silent, the organic shapes on walls and ceiling become the vessels that speak of the ocean and the stones that have been brought back and forth, now lie on the sand with their texture as a remainder of its countless voyages. 

NAO® stems from a concept steeped in history, identity and a gastronomic journey. It is a celebration of the expressions that arise from the mixture of flavors and culinary creations generated by cultural exchange.
