The book house building is a non-profit public welfare building, providing local villagers with communication space and reading space, bringing them new things that they have never seen in their lives.
At the same time, it also attracts young people and children to come to this ancient village and make the village more vibrant. Secondly, the architectural design and construction respect the local traditional culture by preserving the spiritual space of the patio, using local materials, working with local villagers, and using the local carpentry. There are no complicated processes, no complicated high-tech materials, and no transportation issues.
The design follows the important principles of organic, continuous, economical, and local, and use the simplest, most familiar and most local way to design different spaces. I think this is what designers should do.
