Inspired by human-centered experience and state-of-the-art technology, its design strives to demonstrate how smart-home solutions can be easily integrated within any style of design to simplify space complexities, enhance our everyday living, ensure a sustainable development and even lead the art of future living. All the multiple possibilities of smart home design have been thoughtfully showcased in this cutting-edge experience center, where automatic, intelligent and centralized solutions are integrated in each functional space to ensure a personalized control of lighting, air conditioning, heating system and home equipment, crafting a more comfortable, humanized and eco-friendly living experience. At Moorgen Smart Home Experience Center, exquisite design is skillfully combined with the most advanced technology to make life more convenient, enjoyable and sustainable. The Experience Center also dissociates from the cold stereotypes traditionally associated with smart home design, to create an immediate sense of affinity among its visitors by employing different design styles and colors throughout the space. Each area features highly interactive settings that narrate different stories with progressive layers, embarking guests into a unique journey of discovery and personalized experiences. The stylish design is inclusive and vivid, setting new benchmarks for household intelligence and inspiring visitors to experience and feel at first-hand the future of everyday living. The façade and the reception area adopt a modern minimalist style that creates a neat ambience defined by clean and structural lines. The reception area also employs white marble walls and dark olive marble flooring paired with exquisite furniture to echo the natural elements used in the façade design, leading visitors to a space that exudes a sense of nature and art. The living room, dining room and bedroom subtly employ an elegant British style with a contemporary touch, to curate a space filled with understated luxury and refinement. Neat and geometric lines generously extend the living room’s spatial vision, whilst black and white contrasting tones inject edgy hints within the dining room, amplified by a stunning chandelier that easily adjusts to different lights and colours. In the bedroom, adjustable curtains can be regulated according to different time and daylight, allowing users to feel the natural passing by of time in a cozy environment. Taking the law of sound waves into consideration, both the theatre and party room integrate high-tech equipment and systems to offer the best audio-visual enjoyment for users. In the theatre, layers of lights and shadows featured in the dark-toned space create a futuristic ambience that offers an immersive entertainment experience emulating the setting of a professional theatre. Three layers of wooden boards and sound-absorbing cotton are utilized to enhance the audio settings for an out-of-the-world experience. In the party room, abundant curved lines employed throughout the ceiling and furniture endow the space with a strong sense of energetic dynamism, intensified by a vibrant interplay of futuristic lighting; the bar counter incorporates thick wooden boards with built-in audio elements that maximize the sound wave transmissions, crafting an unforgettable entertainment experience. Through users’ own tablets, laptops and smartphones, all these smart home solutions allow an efficient personalization of lights, curtains, doors and audio equipment, ensuring the most exquisite bespoke experience into each space.
