BRIEF
Assure was asked by a young couple to design clean functional interiors that incorporated indoor and outdoor spaces. The project was a new construction in a family compound created with Assure’s input.

The clients and their growing family were to move from an apartment in Miami Beach to a large house which was tailored to their requirements. As part of life with young children the clients requested two separate family rooms and a playroom. The husband from a tech background wanted a very smart home and Assure aimed to deliver this without sacrificing style. A home office needed to be flexible for both clients, an entrepreneur, and a fashion executive, to work from home as needed.

The wife, who works in the fashion industry, is an accomplished cook and this space was specially tailored to her culinary needs. Assure has delivered a supremely comfortable, stylish, and functional house for their clients. Everyone has their own space, the layered tactile materials suit Miami climate and the crisply decorated rooms are infused with lots of natural light.

DESIGN
Assure provided a full consulting package working with the architect, designing all the interiors including the kitchen, lighting, and sourcing. Modern interiors with warm elements come together in a fresh and welcoming way.

Throughout the house, the Studio introduced an earthy palette with neutral hues, layering texture, and interest via tactile materials such as linen, boucle velvet and accent colors in greens and blues. These elements were conceived as part of a laidback and refined decorating scheme suitable for tropical living.
