The project is a private bar made exclusively for trendy elites with fine taste. As the name of the bar, “Metic Bar” is taking inspiration from the magnetic field, the designers crafted an immersive, storytelling experience within the space.

The design revolves around the key concept of a "magnetic field," results in a unique and captivating spatial aesthetic.

The entrance sets the tone with the use of marbles, a traditional practice seen in premium bars. However, once visitors step inside, they are welcomed into a whole new immersive experience. The journey begins with a combination of silver metallic textures and a long, narrow hallway that resembles a pipeline.

As the visitors continue their journey to the center of the bar, a magnetic installation welcomes them there. The giant futuristic installation immediately draws visitor’s attention, with the bronze stainless mirror, surrounding purple walls and velvet eats, visitors are invited to immerge into a luxurious cyberpunk world.

A “magnetic” installation stands at the heart of the bar, creating a visual focal point. The bronze stainless steel mirrored surface joins the surrounding purple walls and velvet seats to bring a vintage, luxurious sense of technology.

The space is ingeniously designed as a quarter of a sphere, providing guests with a complete privacy feeling. Remarkably, just a single light suffices to illuminate the entire area through reflection. The golden mirrored surfaces reflect light across the space, creating an enchanting interplay of light and shadows.

Creativity: Customized installations, lights, and furniture seamlessly integrate with the space, harmonizing shapes and colors, perfect blend with the theme of "magnetic field". Maglev lamps elegantly rotate along the sides of an ultra-long inductor-shaped bar counter. A wine rack distinctively designed as halved metal pipes and a resistor-shaped lamp suspended over the bar counter. These original installations provide a captivating experience, inviting guests to immerse themselves in every detail of the space.

Functionality: Metic Bar is designed with a simple comprehensive functional design, featuring a main space defined by a bar counter and comfortable booth seating. Beyond its conventional bar offerings, also providing two private cigar rooms with a powerful ventilation system, as well as a private karaoke room and an East Asian-style KTV room. These thoughtful additions cater to a wide range of customer preferences, ensuring a versatile and enjoyable bar experience for all.

Sustainability: The lighting design is highly energy-efficient. Utilizing one or two light sources in the hallway, bar counter, and circular booth area, the presence of reflective materials amplifies and extends the reach of the illumination.
