After COVID-19 we reexamined the meaning of office. People can work anywhere now so we need to make office that makes they want & need to come.

One of the concept of this office "YOUR CHOICE" was established to create an office that respects employees to freely choose where they work including working from home.

The office offers a variety of highly functional work and communication spaces, providing an environment where employees can work in their own way according to their individual work styles. For example Focus area, each individual seat is designed to be shut off from the surrounding environment, and each seat is equipped with a monitor and whiteboard to allow for ultra-concentrated work. Project area perfect for project collaboration surrounded by semi-closed, it can change layout depending on number of team members. Lounge where people can work&relax in a different atmosphere with furniture that would not normally set in an office. In Ideation area ideas can be visualized on a big whiteboard and it was seen by everyone so that anyone can join soon. The 4,000 m2 circular area is made up of these variety of spaces, walking around one floor, workers can access each of the various areas based on the YOUR CHOICE concept.

The office is also a place to foster the company’s foundation through its office functions and design. Another concept is “Embody Foundations”

Reflecting the business's commitment to sustainable activities, existing fixtures are upcycled and scraps of interior materials or sustainable materials are combined to create new forms and functions without using new fixtures. For example, surplus flooring carpet was used to make communication tables by matching it to ready-made table tops, and old planting boxes turned over and transformed into a low table, a rack became a blindfold for a focus desk. Creating a precedent for approaching each old product and transforming them into a new use.

Also the wall graphics that accent each area express the company's foundation of Diversity & Inclusion. That indicates the office is opening for anyone and welcoming.
