The plan is for a cafe to be started independently by a client who is also a barista. We aimed for a timeless and original design that can only be found here. The minimalist space, which has originality but is simply constructed so that you will not get bored. The material is narrowed down to wood, aluminum and mortar, and the texture of the material is utilized with as little modification as possible. Counters and benches made entirely of locally available wood to minimize the burden on the natural environment. The original design of the aluminum table, aluminum lighting, and aluminum door handle that slides along the bench. In addition, the coffee beans after drip were reused, mixed with mortar, and applied to the floor. By arranging a wooden bench that extends all the way to the counter, instead of arranging a general table and chairs. The shopkeeper who brews coffee and the customer sitting on the bench can talk face to face. This is also to take advantage of the charm of the friendly shopkeeper who communicates in casual conversation. It is also so that you can enjoy watching the coffee brewing.
