Renovation of a 55-year-old members-only golf course clubhouse built atop a hillside with panoramic views in all directions. The concept of the new club life proposal for the renewal is "a third place for members that is not only about golf. The new clubhouse is designed to provide service facilities for members to relax and spend time alone or with their friends. The new Club Life includes a study room for mobile work, a fitness room, a competition room, and a VIP members' social lounge.

The architectural design concept of the castle, which was dreamed up and designed by the founder, is a "castle” keep. Inheriting this history, the stone walls of the castle walls were reinterpreted as a new design icon, and stone lining was incorporated at every key point to connect the interior and exterior. The future is expressed using a minimalist chandelier in the vaulted ceiling of the entrance atrium. The huge stump of the zelkova tree, which has protected the course since its opening, is divided into five sections, one of which welcomes members at the entrance, and the rest are placed in the atrium as stone garden-like objects. The combination of the zelkova tree stump object, a symbol of historical inheritance, and the chandelier creates a story that confronts the past and the future in the huge atrium space. Tiles resembling glass blocks were applied to the structural wall on the south side of the lobby to create an atrium with a sense of openness, where natural light pours in on three sides of the atrium. Each space throughout the building is unified by large, open-air windows to create a seamless, open space that connects the beautiful view of nature with the indoors.

Thanks to the large-scale distillation system equipment that has been put in place, the water supplied within the building is safe water that has been pumped up from the ground and distilled. From drinking water to baths and toilets are supplied by an integrated system, resulting in a unique water supply, safety, and cost savings.
