Biofilic design concept is adapted to the concept. Spaces has been designed with an understanding "creating breathing and sustainable" spaces!
A ‘Social Office’ has been designed focusing on social interaction and flexibility In stead of hierarchical and stable seating arrangement.
While an open office system is built in the areas near to the facade to enable a bright office where a healtier and brighter work space is built with the help of natural light; entertainment spaces and meeting rooms are located in the heart of the plan. The interaction between social areas and working areas has been based on sympiotical relation between them.
Alternative social spaces, e.g. kitchenette are created; it supports the team work, communication and meeting different needs of the employees is formed.
The prominent determinants to create the sense of aesthetics of Kale Kilit Turkey Headquaters are to prefer exposed ceiling, to display electrical and mechanical installation on the ceiling and to combine natural and warm materials, e.g. glass, natural stones, wood, interior landscape items, with the rough effect of its gross look. The whole office is got dynamic identity with the wood and landscape panels.
Acoustical ceiling mat blocks minimize the potential noise problem inside the office.
