Located in Madrid, these offices are part of a hybrid space that combines a showroom and a working environment for JUNG Ibérica.
These offices are a faithful reflection of the brand's philosophy, personality, and visual universe. It is a corporate brand space that lives upon JUNG's visual universe pillars: sustainability, timelessness, and cutting-edge design. It reflects the personality and philosophy of the German company. WANNA’s goal was to convey the brand's architecture by recreating its curved and straight lines throughout the space and furniture, and by creating an open, bright, and welcoming environment filled with vegetation and light.
The studio wanted employees to feel like they are entering a small oasis where they truly enjoy coming to work when they step into the offices. And that was a significant challenge, as the original location was a claustrophobic space without windows, lacking natural light and ventilation. So, the studio’s obsession with this project was to find a way to deceive the senses and create an atmosphere of well-being and the effect of natural light where it didn't exist.
To achieve this, WANNA opted for effective general lighting combined with additional task lighting and decorative light wells. This allows for the recreation of different lighting scenarios throughout the day and provides employees with a visually natural perception of the space.
Regarding the interior design proposal, WANNA carefully implemented experiential zoning to convey spaciousness and an exterior sense of openness. This approach also generated distinct and intimate areas with different functionalities, playing with distances and glass partitions while maintaining unity and cohesion throughout the space.
Another achievement of WANNA's design is the rhythm within the space, thanks to the contrast of materials, colors, and textures. It is a harmonious ensemble where rough and matte textures coexist with luminous shades of white and chalk, transparent glass and grilles, and stabilized plants that contribute to harmony and evoke a visually refreshing sensation.
The innovative mechanisms of JUNG intentionally take center stage, with WANNA selecting the emblematic LS 990 series in the 32110 l'ocre rouge color from the exclusive Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier collection, thereby adding a visual accent to the space with its characterised earthy tones.
The result is a new corporate office aligned with the essence, values, and positioning of the German company, designed not just as an office space, but as a place for work, well-being, and collaboration.
