CR Land built the Super Center by adding imagination and practice into the city with new forms and concepts. Super Center deeply links the integration between the city, life and people through the "world meeting room", and updates new central potential energy within the region.
The project follows the philosophy of “Less is more” in its exterior design and uses simple, crisp lines. Extending the modern space makes its hard exterior light and flexible.
The ceiling in the model area different from the traditional one goes through structural remodeling and angular modification so as to build a large cross-sectional grid. In this way, visitors can feel the flow of time through the movement of daylight.
The coffee bar is a high open space constructed by translucent jade with moist texture. After polishing, jade reflects the modern brilliance different from that of classical jade.
The stool in the coffee bar area is made of wood and metal to create a clashing effect. The selection of material adds a sense of ease and elegance while ensuring the comfort.
The cloth sofa in chat area is produced by VALENTINI, an Italian entry luxury brand. Instead of complicated accessories and structures, the sofa uses low-key, elegant color and basic shape to create a simple, natural atmosphere. With natural-lined stone, calm and grace are perfectly presented.
The design team hopes to create a sense of ease in life and social activities by clear and warm natural environment. It applies a large window to the side of chat area chat area so as to invite daylight and allow to enjoy the beautiful and green landscape.
In this space, people’s activities are not only limited to socializing, but also include the life experience brought by the simple landscape of the courtyard, such as slowing down the pace of life because of the wrinkled water surface and shaking treetops, and enjoying the warmth and tranquility of sky and clouds.
In the VIP room, the living tree brings privacy, energy and flexible. Behind the courtyard reveals a small part of its presence, and it cannot be further seen, which precisely represents the "implicit beauty" in the Oriental culture.
In this space, the team also used such spatial expression techniques. Looking out from the interior, the scenery changes. The regular rectangular scene is like the border of a scroll, whose content constantly changes with the growth of trees, the transfer of light and shadow, and the movement of people.
