Insection is a multisensory experience inspired by human metamorphic evolution and the appropriation of its spaces on earth.

It was created for the 2018 Trends Pavilion of Habitat Expo in Mexico City. We take the idea of "trend" not as a fashion, but as a tool of creativity. The trends that give life to this project are the creation of multisensory experiences, and the joint work of creative teams to achieve environments that make people feel.

Moving away from the idea that interior design is beautiful or makes people feel good, spaces must communicate sensations. Make people feel so that these sensations remain in the imprint.

Humans believe we are the owners of spaces. The insects are taken to be invaders, being in constant danger of being discovered invading a space that is not theirs. When we build and transform the environment, we try to exclude these beings from our space, when they actually arrived before, and their size and importance on the planet makes them vulnerable.
In insection you are the invader, you are entering in a space that is of the "insectum" and who is on alert of the danger is you.
