We join hands with Vanke real estate to conduct an experiment for sustainable development of home and community, a design that brings disruptive changes to the conventional real estate marketing model. Based on the concept of “Homeland Childhood·Dream”, the project reawaken the pursuit of better living and created China’s first children-themed sales center, which also coincides with Vanke’s strategy of becoming urban amenity service provider.
We hope that the multiple scenes can stimulate people’s imagination about good life the first time they step into the sales center. What is innovative in the project is that it not only accommodates marketing with culture, but also transforms and extends the function of the space. Initially a sales center, then a kindergarten as education facility and eventually a public community center, the project grows with the city.
