The design brief was to create a warm and minimal space with attention to detail, which would represent the property developer and engage potential clients within the space.
An adjoining meeting room and communal space allows for a strong first impression with clients, with dark timber and marble detailing. The private offices, in contrast, feature light joinery and white marble tops, with detailed wall panelling and views of the city allowing the occupants to be captivated in their own space.
Although the joinery contrasts between the communal and private spaces the warm timber flooring, white glazing frames, and routered joinery details are repeated throughout, allowing the entire space to feel unified and complementary.
