Happy Punt is a project of architecture and interior design developed from the conceptual phase by Pilar Libano studio. The project is inspired on American buildings from the 1940s. It has a large central space for the design team, with a double height of 7 meters. Around the central space there are the offices, the meeting room, the patronage rooms, the room for the sewers and on the top floor there are the dining room, the showrooms and some multipurpose office. It is a two floors building, all in concrete and iron, with concrete floor throughout the office area and with raised metallic floor in the central area, a technical floor prepared for polyvalence and intensive use. It has also been worked with natural oak wood. The separation screens are made manually in iron and glass. Concrete, iron and wood give it that industrial character. Another of the main ideas of the project was the opening and visualization: everything is in sight. The ground floor has 2500m2 without counting machines area (double space, office and sewing area). Top floor 1200 m2
