The project is located at the east of Zhenbang Road, Wuxiang New District of Nanning City, the north of Jinhai Road, 2 kilometers away from the Greenland International Flower City, and 7 kilometers from Nanning Greenland Center.

The surrounding area is planned to build Metro Line 3 extension, which is less than 1 kilometers from the Free Trade Zone North Station. It lies in the Nanning Big Data Industrial Park, around which is mainly based on the development of big data industries and emerging industries.

The project clarifies the positioning of the Greenland Asean headquarters, and introduces the head office of the enterprises in the field of finance, technological innovation, e-commerce logistics, and assembly manufacturing, to form an industrial base where corporate headquarters gather.

Under the future development t rend of I n t e r net reconstruction imagination, themed by “smart green valley”, it extracts “red bricks, logs, cement, metal, green plants” as decorative elements, and uses contemporary techniques to create an office space with memory, mainly including the space function of corporate culture display, government reception and investment promotion.

Resorting to some design techniques, it not only forges distinctive features, but restores the nature. It uses the mind to increase dimensions, thus creating industrial upgrades!
