Yet they felt something was missing. That’s how Goto 10 came about—a physical meeting place for everyone with ideas about the Internet. Because when people meet, the best ideas arise. When IIS decided to move office into a new space, the idea of creating a hub for Internet-based innovation became real. The result is the only of its kind in Stockholm, where start-ups can join a co-working space free of charge. Tengbom’s interior design meets very specific needs. You will find pivotal tables and a gradin with movable modules for more flexibility. The counter of the café is printed on zink, and the carpets are designed with customized patterns and colours. The premises have a raw and industrial feeling with floors of concrete and visible ceilings. The environment promotes both digital and physical meetings. The relatively small space has room for a large variation of functions such as temporary work spaces, a café, rooms for meetups, seminars and smaller events, working lounges and nooks. On the second floor you will find office spaces where start-ups can rent spaces.
