Studio Perspektiv completed an extensive project of offices with an area of 7,300 m2 for the largest Central European betting operator, Fortuna Entertainment Group in the center of Prague. The main task for architects was to create an agile environment for employees and at the same time to cover different divisions of the company in one place. The authors emphasized the efficiency, effectiveness, and functionality of the interior design. Therefore, nothing appears on the premises that would not be properly used. The major communication axis of this implementation is a white metal staircase, which serves as a connecting element of all 4 floors and allows free movement across the company for more than 700 employees from 5 different countries. To express the identity of the company, tailor-made illustrations appear throughout the space to accent the dynamics and creative atmosphere. Sustainability and technology interconnection have been fundamental pillars since the beginning of design planning. Space is dominated by recycled, natural, or high-quality materials, which are to withstand the daily onslaught associated with the company's operations and at the same time eliminate the generation of new waste. Materials such as carpets made out of old recycled carpet parts, chair seats, and acoustic tiles from PET bottles or terrazzo produced from waste stones had been used as innovative solutions concerning energy and environmental savings.
