An entire top floor with a 360-degree view overlooking the dome of St. Peter's and the Tiber River, housed within a beautiful historic building on Viale Giulio Cesare: this is the new Roman headquarters signed by Fortebis. Characterized by an avant-garde concept featuring unprecedented combinations of materials, colors, and functionalities, this space stands out. Its meticulously planned layout includes seven distinct types of meeting rooms, embodying Fortebis' belief in the power of brainstorming, exchange of experiences, and dynamic blending of skills through constant dialogue.

The studio is carefully designed to optimize efficiency and foster collaboration among teams. Its circular layout promotes seamless movement and interactions. Teams division allows for targeted focus, but the design also encourages open communication, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Reflecting both the international and challenging clientele of the company and the curious, passionate, and innovative spirit that permeates the team at all levels, the space manifests an elegant and dynamic fusion of creativity and professionalism. The entrance, defined by a lobby/lounge dedicated to external meetings, is framed by glass panels ranging from shades of yellow to magenta, complemented by vibrant furnishings and artworks.

Rooted in the design philosophy is a commitment to sustainability. A profound understanding of the principles underlying proper space planning and a strong focus on workplace well-being have guided decisions that prioritize environmental responsibility. For example, careful material selection considers their ecological footprint, while layout and color choices stem from the beneficial effects of chromotherapy, promoting a harmonious and healthy work environment. For this reason, all areas have been conceived as conceptual boxes in which various colors alternate: pink, green, light blue, yellow, and their shades. All furnishings are sky blue with white and light blue Vitra chairs.

Natural light, elegantly filtered through semi-transparent surfaces integrated strategically as architectural elements and furnishings, blends with an artificial lighting infrastructure . Supplied by the Austrian company Prolicht, these systems specialize in supporting design creativity with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions.

Sustainability also is integrated into the project from the inclusion of small green areas to achieving a harmonious balance between existing historical design elements and new design solutions, with each decision aimed at minimizing environmental impact while simultaneously enhancing the well-being and productivity of occupants. This steadfast commitment to sustainability not only reflects Fortebis' values but also sets a precedent for responsible architectural practice in the modern era.
