FORA’s drive to redefine their brand experience with HASSELL, led to a close working relationship that developed key design principles and the FORA Spaces brand book, to be applied across FORA’s property portfolio. High quality design and FORA’s distinctive hotel-style service are intrinsically linked in the FORA offer. FORA Borough spans seven levels, totalling 3000 sqm and accommodates 377 occupants across a variety of owned offices. Dense private offices are offset by bringing agile workplace settings in to the mix, designed with high quality finishes, specific to FORA Borough. Curating this mix and proportion of settings was led by a HASSELL analysis of existing co-working environments, resident feedback and international benchmarking. It was crucial for HASSELL to create a unique FORA story at Borough, reflective of the local neighbourhood and to echo the FORA offer - beautiful, professional spaces with curated experiences and a high level of service. Each FORA offer is contextually different. Each site reflects the neighbourhood context with local signatures and unexpected details. For Borough, the arrival ground floor experience blends with vibrant food and beverage offers together with casual co-working settings. While the flexible roof level event space creates opportunities to work, to meet, to curate events and experiences. This vibrant variety is reflective of the local Borough marketplace typology - a place of discovery, trade and delight.
