The project involves the complete refurbishment of an existing building to be transformed into the main production plant of Lavazza's new brand "1895byLavazza". The clients' idea was to create an innovative high-tech production site accessible and open to visitors, with a perspective of total transparency of both the coffee selection cycle and its processing. The immersive visit experience aims to place the production machines at the center; an industrial landscape to be crossed, through a highly immersive path. At the center of the building, we placed the production plant, while the other functional areas (tasting, labs, etc) have been chosen to gravitate around it. The machines can work constantly while the visitors can cross them in total safety thanks to a "bridge" built above them which allows you to "fly over" the production area becoming, thanks to the external backlighting, a luminous ribbon in the landscape of the machines.
