The Belgian insurance company "Ethias" wished to express a pro-active & dynamic client approach through their offices & gave us the mission to create a happy@work environment where it is nice to work for the people @ Ethias, but even more a space where clients can experience in real life that they are the centre of all actions & innovations @ Ethias. The concept is all about "being organic" in shapes, in attitude, in materials used etc. The centre is a big organic space where clients can choose how to fill the time while waiting (not long). The client can sit in a easy round shaped couch, can drink a coffee or a tea, can read, has free WiFi and can find information on tablets at their service, can watch the big screens with nice corporate informations,... we once saw a client doint yoga on the benches... Around the organical central shape are vertical wooden parts creating a semi-transparent link with the offices. All designs are based on nature & the organic experience. We can say our concept is "organic & digital"...
