We really enjoy expressing our attitudes, aesthetic preferences, and praise for the city through black in the high-rise buildings of the metropolis.
Black is the ultimate expression of the urban temperament. It encompasses everything and is profound and powerful. Just like the city in black-and-white photography, after stripping away the distractions of colors, it becomes more powerful and charming.

Hangzhou Zhaofeng ESSENCE is a super high-rise building over the 60th floor. Outside, it is a steel jungle of skyscrapers, and the urban skyline is delineated by steel and concrete. From the depths of the high-rise, what the eyes can see is the pulse of the city, with busy traffic and twinkling lights, where prosperity and order interweave into a magnificent scene.
Inside, we use black, gray, and white to lay out the space, and with restrained tones, we form a dialogue with the hustle and bustle outside. Black is as deep as the night, carrying the weight of the city; white is as pure as the morning light, reflecting the lightness of life; gray is the transition between the two, allowing the space to shine with the lights of thousands of households in the city.

Facing a large and irregular floor plan with great depth, the design is extremely challenging. However, it is precisely because of the "beyond the ordinary" feature that we can change the common spatial division and layout methods, transforming seemingly unfavorable factors into the highlights and features of the space.

Many artistic glass partitions and screens are used indoors to outline the rhythm of the space. They are like the building facades in the city, dividing functions while maintaining a sense of fluid transparency. The living room, dining room, and study are connected in a coloristic thread, both independent and connected, transforming the irregular floor plan into a flowing sequence.

The tranquility of the interior and the hustle and bustle of the outside echo each other, and the texture of materials and the flow of light and shadow interweave. Although the space is the continuation of the city, it is independent of the hustle and bustle and yet integrated into it.
Living in a big city is a game of speed against time. The rhythm of the city pushes us forward, but it also makes people lose their way in the noise. Fatigue has become the background color of urban life. And the residence is our most private place, needing to become our healing ground.

In the fast-paced urban life landscape where social interactions weave interpersonal networks, design needs to precisely balance diverse needs, with the interior guided by an elegant club-like atmosphere, skillfully blending spaces for socializing and solitude, as well as display and living.
