The Ekol TV Office Project is an interior architectural project covering 3800 sqm across three floors: an open office floor, a studio floor, and a management floor.

This project crafted from repurposed space, our aim was to mirror the institution's innovative vision, covering technological and infrastructural needs tailored to broadcasting.

The open office floor, dedicated to the newly established media center team, has been meticulously designed to encourage social interaction and collaborative teamwork, thereby fostering a dynamic work environment. Careful attention has been paid to the use of color within the space to create vibrancy and energy. In addition to pastel blue and pastel yellow hues, neutral materials such as concrete and warm elements like wood, along with strategically placed graphics, contribute to a balanced ambiance.

As we enter the open office floor, a modern reception desk awaits us, following a frame-like transition. Beyond the reception area, a transparent wall provides a glimpse into the open office space, providing an uninterrupted sense of volume and openness. To the right of the entrance is the corridor of managerial offices, with a spacious waiting area. This corridor is separated from the open office area by semi-permeable furniture, allowing for the creation of semi-private spaces without compromising the openness of the office volume. To the left of the entrance lies the corridor accessing the open office area and communal spaces. Within this space, a vibrant communal work and recreation area, featuring a small amphitheater, is demarcated from the open offices by a transparent wall and plants, providing a shared environment for work and leisure..

The studio floor is purposefully designed to accommodate all technical requirements essential for a modern media center, including control rooms and news studios etc.

Entering the executive floor, visitors encounter a reception desk and communal areas. Unlike the open office, subdued color schemes prevail here, fostering a serious ambiance. Dynamic elements such as varied flooring materials and cohesive design forms invigorate the space. Warm wood tones are strategically placed for added sophistication. Apart from the entrance and communal areas, the executive floor is hierarchically divided into three separate sections. After passing through the dark gray flooring, visitors reach the executive board rooms, designed with materials conveying weight and prestige. Transitioning from dark gray and oak surfaces in the corridor to darker wood tones within the rooms creates a cohesive aesthetic. Continuing onto the light gray flooring, visitors find the HR and finance departments, along with small open offices. Here, a departure from the executive board area is evident, with more energetic forms, lighter colors, and playful furnishings. Colors, graphics, transparent surfaces, and elegant forms ensure these departments are youthful and dynamic while maintaining seriousness.
