"SHANHUI" combines lines and surfaces in spatial design, with ingenuity in every inch, creating a serene beauty with lasting charm. It conceals without revealing, hiding without exposing, resembling a private collection in a bustling commercial space. Soft lighting, low-contrast colors, and smooth, flowing design lines contribute to an understated presence like a story's backdrop. The ultimate minimalism provides a space for the freshest, most authentic, and enjoyable culinary experiences!
As you ascend the steps, a courtyard unfolds before your eyes, surrounded by flowers, plants, and sunken quadrangle courtyards. The glowing charcoal fire sets the stage for a meal, gathering for drinks, and joyous moments. Immersed in this environment, embracing the ever-changing natural light, the swaying branches and leaves of the courtyard, and the seamless connection between people and nature, we experience and feel the pulse and vibrancy of life.
The wooden texture of the open dining area in the lobby extends from the walls to the upper space, presenting a consistent elegance with the arrangement and transitions of structural lines and decorative surfaces. The primitive scene of tribal dwellings is subtly displayed between glass and light, with rhythmic wooden elements, returning to simplicity. The "ㄇ-shaped" island counter design integrates an open kitchen concept, seamlessly connecting "ingredients" and "food" to conversations. The chef skillfully carves precious ingredients from across mountains and seas into the lightness of spring, the sweetness of summer, the richness of autumn, and the sweetness of winter. Whether it is the handcrafted culinary creations or the casual conversations between professionals and guests, they all transform into a refined setting for space and expertise, craftsmanship and art, delicacies and life, communication and interaction. The design intertwines and intersects, bringing together a deep cultural heritage and abundant life emotions and friendships.
The wooden corridor, adorned with large floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls, appears suspended in the air, reflecting moonlight for added transparency and extended depth. The matrix-style wooden frame structure simplifies the space, extending the unique temperament of " SHANHUI ". Natural wood-colored solid panels stand on both sides of the corridor's end, offering a simple yet layered progression of space, relaxed yet stable.
Three private rooms are individually set at the end of the wooden corridor, flexibly accommodating different dining needs, suitable for banquets or intimate gatherings. Continuing with the wood color theme, the design moderately displays the softness of curves and the dramatic tension of geometry. Borrowing the view of lush greenery and towering buildings outside the window, the "food," "space," and "scenery" form a three-dimensional integration, creating a wonderful space that elevates the ultimate, endowing it with cultural depth and interest!
