The owners of Domäne Fredeburg are bio-farmers. They bought up a run down hotel/restaurant next to the farm and totally renewed its exterior and interior. The main purpose is a socalled hofladen (farmersshop),where their own grown fresh vegetables etc. as well as selected 2000 other bio-products are being sold. A bistro, where freshly cooked meals are served, has been added to the shop. Many aspects of the final shop design where thought out and partly manufactured by the design team of Domäne Fredeburg in cooperation with a professional shop fitting design company and the architect.
