The 25th CBD Fair (Guangzhou) took place from July 8th to 11th, 2023, at the Pazhou Complex in Guangzhou. A new addition to the event was the Design and Industry Fusion Hall, which was created for the Design Cube program. With the theme "Design Leadership, Industry Symbiosis", the initiative empowered both brands and designers through a potent combination of "star designers and leading brands".

Innovation:
The Design and Industry Fusion Hall was set to revolutionize the conventional exhibition model, shifting the focus from exhibition viewing to immersive experiences. With the vision of "products connecting with the audience to showcase a beautiful life", it sought to address common problems such as crowded exhibition halls, long queues, and visitor fatigue. The innovative design aims to create an open marketplace experience, by crafting a "micro-village" with a winding exhibition route that leads visitors to every corner of the exhibition area, creating a freely explorable path.

Creativity & Functionality:
More than just an exhibition venue, this is a place where products foster connections with people, showcasing a beautiful life. Each brand booth serves as a host within the micro-village, which includes public spaces like Themed Garden, Village Commune, Discourse Granary, Material Exhibition Area, and Marketplace, offering diverse visual and content experiences for all visitors. Beyond learning about the brands, visitors can relax, socialize, communicate, enjoy food, and capture moments through photography. This transformative approach turns the exhibition visits from a visually fatiguing and tedious activity into a relaxed, enjoyable and informative experience, thereby boosting visitors’ interest and engagement with the exhibition and exhibiting brands.

Sustainability:
Given priority to environmental protection, a multitude of pallets were used in public spaces, ingeniously assembled through architectural approaches to create enclosed spaces. After the exhibition, all items were fully recyclable and reusable, showcasing a steadfast dedication to sustainability.
