The project is a public cultural space decorated by designing art elements. The owner, also the design team, of the bookstore is an art-lover pursuing special designing style for this tranquil cozy reading space. Accordingly, artistic living air is created here, integrating with unique cultural ambience. And a smooth traffic flow is the essence of the spatial layout in this project, by which the charm of this bookstore is well expressed with ecological raw materials.

Inspired by the scene of open-air movies, wooden benches are leisurely set in the center of the bookstore. It is ideal for children and their parents to enjoy reading here together, and to achieve the spiritual communication between them.

A wall is built on the south of the “Sharing Center” as a noise barrier to create ideal tranquility for people reading here. And two glass windows are chiseled on the wall to bring sunlight in. Light and shadows are playing various fantastic beauty on the wall, on the floor, with the change of four seasons. While, it is well integrated by interlaced and overlap lines of this interior reading space in a rational ambience. Visual spatial levels are richly produced, creating a “light palace”.

The whole bookstore interior space is mainly colored by a special warm gray. t is made from the color of black tea mixed with emery particles to innovatively insert a kind of warm and cozy air permeating everywhere in this pure cultural space.
