The interior of CRA is situated on the 9th floor of an office building in the citycenter of Eindhoven, offering a stunning view over the town. The design is based on biophilic principles, integrating nature into the workspace to foster innovation, creativity and a healthy working environment. This design enhances the work experience, reduces absenteeism, and strengthens the connection among employees.

Innovation plays a central role in the design. Flexible workspaces cater to both focus and collaboration. Desk structures with a bulbous form encourage creative interaction, while the open ceiling creates a sense of space and imparts an innovative and creative aesthetic.

Creativity is also stimulated by the open layout and abundant greenery in the office, fostering a strong connection with nature. Workstations are separated by organic plant containers and acoustic screens made of PET felt and terracotta bricks. Natural materials, such as recycled cork for the tiered seating, contribute to the aesthetic and encourage creative thinking. The round form language is reflected in the wooden core wall, the glass corners of the meeting room and the bespoke plant containers, enhancing the harmony of the space.

Functionality is evident in the efficiently planned areas for both concentration and collaboration. Sustainable materials, such as the blue Planq rezign veneer give the space a unique character and also reflects the client's sustainability goals. The acoustic spray ceiling reduces noise disturbances, while the flexibility of the workstations boosts productivity by allowing quick transitions between work modes and future use of the space.

The design has a strong eco-social impact. The use of recycled materials reduces the ecological footprint, while the greenery in the space offers health benefits, such as reduced stress and increased focus. Biophilic design contributes to job satisfaction, creating a positive work environment.
