The base office in the shopping mall, COMPASS, is a brand that proposes a space where individuals can find the flow of work and life in their optimized routine, under the slogan "Find Your Flow."
COMPASS defines itself as more than just a workspace but as a "Fine Office" where various cultural experiences and social interactions take place. It aims to provide comfort and freshness through a variety of colors, serving as a source of inspiration.
Located in Hyundai IPARK Mall, Gocheok, COMPASS is composed of four zones for working, refreshment, relaxation, and meetings. The facade features a blue louver ceiling and textured walls, while indirect lighting from the ivory-colored mass creates a comfortable atmosphere in the working area and a refreshing ambiance in the relaxation area. The 'C'-shaped pendant at the entrance and the 'COMPASS' lighting sign in the front visualize the meaning of FLOW associated with the COMPASS brand.
The working zone is divided into four sections based on the level of openness: 0˚, 90˚, 180˚, and 360˚. Individuals can choose their preferred seats. 'COMPASS 0˚' is a hot-desking format that is open in all directions, allowing free selection and movement. 'COMPASS 90˚' is located on a raised platform to facilitate work with a more open-eye view. 'COMPASS 180˚' offers sofa seating with open square-shaped booths and individual lighting installed for comfortable and cozy work. 'COMPASS 360˚' is a fully enclosed space designed for maximum concentration during work.
The refreshment area, 'BREAK,' is a space where you can take a break from work and feel refreshed. It features comfortable sofas, shelves with a TV, display, and sales function, as well as a canteen where beverages and light snacks can be enjoyed.
The relaxation zone consists of two 'TINY STUDIOS.' The first is the 'WELLNESS STUDIO,' designed with a high ceiling to create a spacious environment during breaks. The second is the 'JOYFUL STUDIO,' which uses special monitor lighting that can adjust colors to match the mood, allowing for rest in a lively space.
The last zone of four, ‘Meeting Room’ which is finished with unique patterned panels to create a sophisticated yet comfortable ambiance.
